我司經(jīng)典設(shè)備-強(qiáng)化地板涂油封蠟連線；該設(shè)備連接在開(kāi)槽線后端，當(dāng)?shù)匕逋瓿砷_(kāi)槽工序后，經(jīng)過(guò)輸送進(jìn)入涂油設(shè)備，并烘干；涂油工藝完成后馬上進(jìn)行封蠟工序，從而得到成品。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)線為70米/分鐘（長(zhǎng)邊），亦有100米/分鐘配置可選。本生產(chǎn)線具有操作便利，穩(wěn)定可靠的特點(diǎn)。
Our classic machine- V-Shape Groove Painting & Wax Sealing Machine Connection line ,The machine is connected with the DET ,The floors are conveyed from the DET machine after clicks done; First, The crosswise bevels are painted and cured by the infrared lamps then lengthwise bevels are painted and cured by infrared lamps; After bevel coating procedure is finished, The floors go through the lengthwise wax sealing unit then crosswise wax sealing unit. The standard working speed is 70m/min(Lengthwise), We also have 100m/min(lengthwise) version as optional choice. This production line is easy to be operated, durable and high stability.
